Standard outbound postage is refunded (if applicable)
Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and inspected.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
